Mathem is now seeking a Property Technician for our logistics center in Larsboda. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, safe, and cost-effective operation of property technical systems in and around our facility.

You will be part of the Facility team and work operationally close to the business. The role is practical, technical, and coordinating with a great responsibility for operational reliability and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure stable operation through preventive and corrective maintenance of property and technical systems, including BMS

• Perform and coordinate repairs, installations, and technical measures in the facility

• Plan and follow up maintenance together with the Facility team leader, service intervals, and operational continuity

• Manage work orders, documentation, and follow-up in the maintenance system

• Coordinate ongoing work with our subcontractors

You are a structured and solution-oriented person with a technical background and experience in operations and maintenance, preferably within warehousing, industry, or logistics.

• Experience in technical maintenance and property operations

• Knowledge in ventilation, cooling, and HVAC

• Ability to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance

• Good collaboration skills and responsible work approach

• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Electrical training or equivalent

• Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., DeDU, Sauter, IWMAC)

• Forklift license, lift license, hot work, and fire protection

• Experience with 5S/Lean

• A key role in a business-critical environment

• An engaged team with short decision-making paths

• Modern facilities in our logistics center in Larsboda, including a gym and staff restaurant
